The object product (173 mg, 76%) was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 and using 3-chloro-6-(3-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)pyridazine (124 mg) obtained in Example 43(2), spiro[indene-2,4′-piperidin]-1(3H)-one hydrochloride (150 mg) and potassium carbonate (174 mg).
