Reaction Steps
A mixture of 110 mg 2-[(2-methoxyethoxy)acetyl]-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yloxy)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-6-carboxamide, 1 ml methanol and 1.5 ml 0.1N aqueous hydrochloric acid are stirred for 3 h at ambient temperature. Subsequently, the mixture is lyophilized. 85 mg of the title compound are obtained as colorless oil. MH+=309.1
