The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and piperazin-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 178. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.117 min, m/z=506; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.42 (d, 3H), 2.16-2.35 (m, 5H), 2.75-2.88 (m, 2H), 3.17-3.40 (m, 3H), 3.56-3.80 (m, 4H), 5.45 (m, 1H), 5.61-6.52 (s, 2H), 6.78 (d, 2H), 7.01-7.24 (m, 6H).
