Reaction Steps
To a solution of compound 15c (900 mg, 2.14 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (2 mL) at room temperature. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The resulting mixture was concentrated to give compound 15d (840 mg) as a white solid. MS m/z (M+H+) 320.0.
