150 mg (0.295 mmol) of the compound from Example 6A were dissolved in 3 ml of dioxane, and 91 mg (0.885 mmol) of (3-methylbutyl)hydrazine were added. The mixture was stirred at 120° C. for 3 h and then concentrated. The residue was taken up in DMSO and purified by preparative HPLC (Method 10). This gave 43 mg (29% of theory) of the target compound.
