The title compound was synthesized using the same method described for Compound 1b but using Compound 31a instead of N-Boc-4-methylenepiperidine. After the usual work-up procedure, the title product was purified by automated RP chromatography (Isolera®TM-Biotage; gradient buffer NH4HCO3-MeCN from 40-60 a 20-80. Yield: 44.9%.
