The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 4 starting from trans-4-[2-(4-thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethyl]-cyclohexylamine trihydrochloride (intermediate B) (150 mg, 0.33 mmol) and glycolic acid (26 mg, 0.34 mmol). Purification by flash chromatography on silica gel (CH2Cl2/MeOH 95:5). White solid (67 mg, 50%), MS (ISP) m/z=403.3 [(M+H)+].
