The subtitle compound is prepared from 6-chloro-2-(2,2-difluoro-ethoxy)-5-nitro-N-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide (2.5 g, 5.8 mmol) and CH3NH2 (2 M in THF; 6.0 mL, 12.0 mmol) in THF (25 mL) in analogy with example 1d.
