Reaction Steps
6-Amino-2-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-5-nitro-N-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide (140 mg, 0.34 mmol), THF (20 mL) and Ra—Ni (40 mg) is stirred for 2 h at rt under a hydrogen atmosphere (3.0 bar). The catalyst is removed by filtration and the mixture is concentrated to give the sub-title compound.
