50 mg of (S)—N2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-N6-(pyrazin-2-yl)pyridine-2,4,6-triamine was dissolved in 2 ml of methylene chloride, and 49 mg of N,N′-carbonyldiimidazole was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. A saturated ammonia methanol solution was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent of the reaction solution was distilled off under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 23 mg of the objective compound as pale yellow powder.
