By a procedure analogous to that of Example 32 Step C, ethyl 2-[1-[[5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl]-4-piperidinyl]-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate (0.24 g, 0.58 mmol) (i.e. the product of Example 33, Step B) was hydrolyzed with 1 N aqueous sodium hydroxide (1.2 mL, 1.2 mmol) to afford 0.125 g of the title compound as a white solid.
