Reaction Steps
Prepared from 5-bromo-3-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]-pyridine and 2-methyl-2-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyrazol-1-yl]-propionic acid methyl ester according to the Suzuki coupling procedure described in Example 1. Purification by flash column chromatography using 0→70% EtOAc in hexanes afforded the title compound as a light yellow solid. MS (ES+): m/z 475.06/477.04 (100/68) [MH+]. HPLC: tR=2.51 min (ZQ3, polar—5 min).
