Procedure
3.3 mMol (2-Bromo-2-phenyl-ethanoyl)-benzaldehyde and 1.2 equivalents of 5-Bromo-pyridin-2-ylamine are dissolved in 10 ml DMF. The reaction mixture is heated at 100° C. for 18 hours. The reaction mixture is cooled and water is added. It is then extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer is dried and concentrated. The crude is purified by column chromatography to yield the desired compound.
