Reaction Steps
A solution of 25 (10 mg, 0.02 mmol) in HBr (48%) was refluxed for 10 min. The solution was basified with NaHCO3 and extracted with CH2Cl2. The organic solution was dried, filtrated and evaporated to obtain 26 (7 mg, 78%) as a yellow solid.
