The reaction of tert-butyl 2-((4-(3-amino-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxalin-5-yloxy)-6-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 133) with 1:1 mixture of trifluoroacetic acid/DCM under the conditions of Example 35 afforded the title compound as an amorphous solid, which was used in the next step without additional purification. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 512 (M+1).
