The reaction of 3-amino-5-(2-(piperazin-1-yl)-6-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)quinoxalin-2(1H)-one (97 mg, 0.2 mmol, Example 135) with isobutyraldehyde (43 mg, 0.6 mmol, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 36 provided the title compound as an amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 540 (M+1).
