3-Isothiocyanatoisoquinoline and (3S*,4S*)-3-(aminomethyl)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-3-ol dihydrochloride were reacted according to the method of EXAMPLE 6, STEP B to afford (3R*,4S*)—N-(isoquinolin-3-yl)-4′H-1-azaspiro[bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-3,5′-oxazol]-2′-amine (80 mg, 0.27 mmol, 26% yield).
