The title compound was synthesized from 5-chloro-3,8-dimethyl-9H-pyrido[2,3-b]indole-7-carboxylic acid and N,N-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine using an analogous procedure to that described in the preparation of Compound 88. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 2.20 (s, 6H) 2.42 (t, J=6.69 Hz, 2H) 2.49 (br. s., 3H) 2.55 (s, 3 H) 3.35 (d, J=6.57 Hz, 2H) 7.18 (s, 1H) 8.31 (t, J=5.56 Hz, 1H) 8.40 (d, J=2.02 Hz, 1H) 8.53 (s, 1H) 12.14 (s, 1H).
