A solution of (R)-1-(4-chlorobenzyl)-5-(1-chlorocarbonylpyrrolidin-2-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (60 mg), (S)-4-amino-7-trifluoromethylchroman and DIEA in dry MeCN was stirred overnight at RT. The solvent was removed and the residue was partitioned between water and EtOAc. The EtOAc layer was washed with water and evaporated after drying over Na2SO4. The residue was purified by chromatography (silica gel, hexane:EtOAc (1:1)→EtOAc) to give 40 mg of the desired product.
