Reaction Steps
To 4-(3-methoxypyridin-2-yl)-[1,4]diazepane-1-carboxylic acid tent-butyl ester (335 mg, 1.1 mmol) was added MeOH (3 mL) followed by 4M HCl in dioxane (5 mL, 20 mmol). This was stirred for 15 hours, then concentrated to give the title compound. MS (ES) m/z 208 (M+H+).
