DIPEA (0.61 mmol) and 2-chloro-benzothiazole-4-carbonyl chloride (0.31 mmol) are added successively to a solution of ((1S,3S,5S)-3-aminomethyl-2-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-yl)-(2-methyl-5-m-tolyl-thiazol-4-yl)-methanone (0.31 mmol) in acetonitrile (1.0 mL). The mixture is stirred for 30 min and purified by prep. HPLC to give the desored product. LC-MS (acidic): tR=1.06 min; [M+H]+=523.0.
