2-Chloro-benzothiazole-4-carboxylic acid [(1S,3S,5S)-2-(2-methyl-5-m-tolyl-thiazole-4-carbonyl)-2-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-ylmethyl]-amide (4.2 mg) is added to a suspension of Pd/C (10%, 10.0 mg) in MeOH (1.0 mL). The mixture is stirred at RT under a hydrogen atmosphere (1 bar) for 3 h. After filtration through celite and washing with MeOH the solvents are removed in vacuo to give the desired product. LC-MS (acidic): tR=1.01 min; [M+H]+=489.1.
