To a solution of 34-1 (49 mg, 0.12 mmol) and triethylamine (17 μL, 0.12 mmol) in 2 mL of DCM, was added mesyl chloride (10 μL, 0.13 mmol). After 2 h, a second equivalent of triethylamine (17 μL, 0.12 mmol) and mesyl chloride (10 μL, 0.13 mmol) was added. After 1 h, the mixture was washed with brine, concentrated and purified on preparative HPLC to give 44-1: LC-MS 489.1 (MH), tR=7.31 (Method 2). EC50: 170 nM.
