Following the procedure as described in Example 10, making variations as required to replace cyclopropylmethyl bromide with 2-cyclopropylethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate to react with ethyl 4-methyl-2-(2-oxoimidazolidin-1-yl)thiazole-5-carboxylate, the title compound was obtained in 60% yield: 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 4.13 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 3.65 (t, J=7.4 Hz, 2H), 3.43 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 3.22 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 2.34 (s, 3H), 1.44-1.15 (m, 5H), 0.57-0.51 (m, 1H), 0.32-0.22 (m, 2H), −0.07-0.11 (m, 2H); MS (ES+) m/z 324.3 (M+1).
