A mixture of (1-cyclohexyl-5-morpholin-4-ylmethyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-[5-(4-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]-amine (15 mg, 0.000022 mol), hydrogen chloride (300 uL, 0.01 mol) and ethanol (1.2 mL, 0.020 mol) in a 5 mL test tube with a septum cover was heated at 78° C. for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by HPLC to yield 1.5 mg after lyopholizaion.
