A mixture of 1-(4-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)cyclohexyl)-N-cyclopentyl-2-(5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-indazol-3-ylamino)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-5-carboxamide (15 mg, 0.000018 mol), HCl (300 uL, 0.01 M) and ethanol (1.2 mL) was heated at reflux 78° C. for 2 hours. The mixture was concentrated and purified by HPLC. The product fractions were lyopholized to yield the title compound.
