A mixture of [5-(tert-Butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxymethyl)-1-cyclohexyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl]-[5-(4-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]-amine (from Step 6) and 12 M HCl (2.0 mL) in ethanol (6.0 mL) was heated at 100° C. for 1 hr. The mixture was evaporated to dryness and then purified twice by preparative HPLC to yield 4.1 mg of the title compound as the TFA salt.
