The title compound is obtained as a yellow oil (1.36 g) in analogy to N—((S)-3-[2-ethyl-4-(N-hydroxycarbamimidoyl)-6-methyl-phenoxy]-2-hydroxy-propyl)-2-hydroxy-acetamide starting from 3-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-benzonitrile and (S)-glycidol; LC-MS: tR=0.51 min, [M+H]+=326.00.
