300 mg of copper hydrazine carboxylate (CHC) was prepared by using cupric chloride and hydrazine carboxylate (N2H3COOH) dissolved in 100 M of distilled water, and was refluxed at 80° C. for 3 hours under a nitrogen atmosphere. At this time, the change in the solution's color from blue to red reveals that copper showing a metallic property was made in the solution. The organic solution was centrifuged to separate a supernatant, thus obtaining pure copper nanoparticles. It was confirmed by TEM that an organic dispersant of copper nanoparticles having an average particle size of 5-10 nm is obtained.
