Reaction Steps
Add potassium carbonate (208 mg, 1.5 mmol) to N-[1-isopropyl-3-(5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-pyridin-2-yl)-1H-indol-6-yl]-methanesulfonamide (63 mg, 0.15 mmol) in MeOH (5 mL) and stir at room temperature for an hour. Evaporate the solvent. Purification of the crude residue using silica gel chromatography gave 14 mg (27% yield) of the desired product.
