(2-Trimethylsilanylethynyl-pyridin-3-yl)carbamic acid ethyl ester described in Preparation Example S-3 (0.42 g, 1.6 mmol) was dissolved in ethanol (8 mL), sodium ethoxide (204 mg, 3 mmol) was added thereto, followed by stirring for 1 hour under reflux. After the reaction was completed, the reaction mixture was poured into brine, and the solution was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, then evaporated, the resulting solid was washed with solvent (diethylether:hexane=1:2), and the title compound (0.12 g, 1 mmol, 63.5%) was obtained.
