Reaction Steps
Reaction of 2-butyl-3-[(2'-cyanobiphenyl-4-yl)methyl]-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazole (from Step B and C) with trimethyltin azide according to the procedure of Example 1, Step G, gave a 44% yield of the title compound as a light tan solid, mp >160° C. (gradual); homogeneous by TLC in 90:10:0.1 CH2Cl2 -MeOH-AcOH.
