Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared as a white solid from reaction of N-(azetidin-3-yl)-2-((1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl)amino)acetamide TFA salt (as prepared in Example 72, Step A) and 4-(2-ethyl-thiazol-5-yl)-4-hydroxy-cyclohexanone using the procedure described in Step E of Example 1.
