A mixture of 4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-6-[3-methyl-7-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl]pyrimidin-2-amine (10.0 mg, 0.0247 mmol), 2-propenenitrile (50.0 uL, 0.761 mmol) and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (5.0 uL, 0.033 mmol) in acetonitrile (0.15 mL) was heated at 50° C. for 2 h. The mixture was purified by RP-HPLC (pH=10) to afford the desired product. LCMS (M+H)+: m/z=458.3.
