Using methyl 3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (3.8 g) synthesized in Example 1(3) and 2,3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine (5.8 g) and in the same manner as in Example 1(4), the title object compound (7.0 g, 78%) was obtained as a pale-yellow solid.
