Reaction Steps
3-Cyclopropyl-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (1.8 g) synthesized above was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL), isobutylmagnesium bromide (1M tetrahydrofuran solution, 12 mL) was added dropwise at 0° C. In the same manner as in Example 1(6), the title object compound (1.8 g, 82%) was obtained as a white solid.
