4-(2-chloro-6-((3,3-dimethylpyrrolidin-1-yl)methyl)pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)morpholine (0.28 g) was reacted with 1-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-5-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-indole via General Procedure A to produce 70.2 mg of 144 following reverse phase HPLC purification.
