Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 336, step 1 from 1,4-dioxa-10-aza-dispiro[4.2.4.2]tetradecan-9-one (described in example 133, step 3, 165 mg) and 1-bromo-4-(3,3-difluoro-cyclobutyl)-benzene (193 mg, described above). White solid (270 mg, 70%). MS (m/e): 378.3 [MH+].
