A solution of tert-butyl (1S,2R)-2-(4-(4-fluoro-3-methylphenylamino)-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-6-ylamino)cyclohexylcarbamate (50.0 mg, 0.106 mmol) and TFA (1 mL, 12.98 mmol) in DCM (0.5 mL) was stirred at RT for 1 hr. The resulting mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound as a white solid (1 mg, 2.54%). 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 1.14-1.95 (m, 8H), 2.28 (s, 3H), 3.73 (br s, 1H), 4.30 (s, 2H), 4.38 (s, 1H), 6.17 (s, 1H), 7.00 (t, J=9.03 Hz, 1H), 7.41-7.54 (m, 2H).
