tert-butyl 4-(4-(4-aminobenzylamino)-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)benzoate (100 mg, 0.204 mmol), 2-(2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)acetamido)acetic acid (56.8 mg, 0.245 mmol), HATU (116 mg, 0.306 mmol), and Hunig's Base (0.178 mL, 1.019 mmol) were stirred in DCM (3 mL) for 16 h. The solvent was removed and the crude material was purified by silica gel chromatography using EtOAc to give tert-butyl 4-(4-(4-(2-(2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)acetamido)acetamido)benzylamino)-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)benzoate (144 mg).
