Reaction Steps
Compound 3 (307 mg, 1.4 mmol) was dissolved in EtOH (10 mL) in a microwave tube, to which 5 equivalent of NH2NH2 was added, and the reaction mixture was put on Microwave irradiation for 10 min at 170° C. Evaporated the solvent to obtain the title compound 4 in quantitative yield.
