Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described for example 14C, 3-[(3-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-(2-oxo-ethyl)-amino]-propionic acid tert-butyl ester and (S)-2-amino-5-((S)-4-hydroxy-6-aza-spiro[2.5]oct-6-yl)-5-oxo-pentanoic acid methyl ester; compound with HCl (intermediate 41) gave the title compound in 52% yield as light yellow foam. MS: 620.27 (MH+, Cl).
