Reaction Steps
To a solution of EXAMPLE 2A (90 mg, 0.13 mmol) in dioxane (10 ml) was added NaOH (52 mg, 1.3 mmol) in water (1 ml). The mixture was heated at 50° C. overnight, and partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic phase was concentrated to afford the title compound. MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 534 (M+H)+.
