Procedure

To a reaction vial containing (R)-tert-butyl 4-(6-((R)-2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)imidazo[1,2-1)]pyridazin-3-ylcarbamoyl)-2-methylpiperazine-1-carboxylate (Example 36; 12 mg, 0.022 mmol) was added 0.5 mL 4 N HCl (dioxane) solution in one portion. After stirring at ambient temperature for 4 hours, the reaction was concentrated. The resulting solid residue was treated with ether and concentrated again to yield the final product salt form as a pale-yellowish powder. MS (apci) m/z=442.2 (M+H).
