In analogy to Example 1, step 2, 6-[2-(2-chloro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-acetyl]-7-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one was reacted with sodium hydride and methyl iodide to give the title compound as an off-white oil. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=376.2 [M−H+].
