To a solution of 6-[2-(2-chloro-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-propyl]-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one (200 mg, 0.48 mmol, Example 56, step 4) in N′N-dimethylformamide (2.0 ml) were added methyl 6-chloropyridine-3-carboxylate (93 mg, 0.53 mmol) and potassium carbonate (199 mg, 1.44 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 4 h at 110° C. After cooling to r.t. water was added and the mixture was extracted twice with AcOEt. The organic phases were washed with water and brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated. The product was purified by column chromatography (silica gel, heptane/AcOEt 4:1) to give the title compound (24 mg) as light yellow solid. MS (m/e)=551.2 [M+H+]
