Reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 2-(b) except for using 254 mg (0.496 mmol) of 3-chloro-2-(3-cyclopropylmethoxy-4-difluoromethoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyridazin-4-one obtained in Example 36-(a) in place of 3-chloro-2-(3-cyclopropoxy-4-difluoromethoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one. After completion of the reaction, diisopropyl ether and cyclohexane were added to the reaction mixture, and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration. The obtained crude solid was applied to silica gel column chromatography (Eluent; chloroform:methanol=9:1 (V/V)), the fractions containing the desired compound were concentrated, methanol and 28% aqueous ammonia were added to the obtained solid, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. Then, the solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained solid was washed with diisopropyl ether and dried under reduced pressure to obtain 100 mg of the title compound as a white solid. (Yield: 58%)
