Procedure

Reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 1-(b) except for using 313 mg (0.677 mmol) of 3-chloro-2-(3-cyclopropoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one obtained in Example 42-(a) in place of 2-(3-cyclopropoxy-4-difluoromethoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one. After completion of the reaction, water was added to the reaction mixture, and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration. The obtained crude solid was dissolved by adding small amounts of tetrahydrofuran and methanol, followed by addition of water, and the solid precipitated by ultrasonic wave treatment was collected by filtration. The obtained solid was washed with water and dried under reduced pressure to obtain 136 mg of the title compound as a white solid. (Yield: 61%)
