Reaction and post treatment were carried out in the same manner as in Example 71-(a) except for using 1.02 g (1.64 mmol) of 2-(3-cyclopropoxy-4-difluoromethoxyphenyl)-3-formyl-1,5-bis(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one obtained in the same manner as in Example 15-(a), and using 4 ml of tetrahydrofuran solution containing 1M ethynyl magnesium bromide in place of tetrahydrofuran solution containing ethynyl magnesium bromide, whereby 1.01 g of the title compound was obtained as a yellowish oil substantially quantitatively.
