Reaction Steps

Reaction and post treatment were carried out in the same manner as in Reference example 24-(g) except for using 5.70 g (10.0 mmol) of 2-bromo-3-bromomethyl-1,5-bis(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one obtained in Reference example 25-(a) in place of 2-bromo-3-bromomethyl-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one, whereby 3.38 g of the title compound was obtained as a white solid.
